Kayla Barbeau is a recent graduate from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Drawing and Painting Thesis program. Currently residing in Toronto, her work is based in the fundamentals of drawing and the exploration of combining different mediums. Her miniature scale drawings are subtle in their colours and intimate details. Kayla has completed an Educational Internship with WIA Projects based out of the University of Toronto and participated in an internship at the Art Gallery of Ontario where she lead educational tours for visiting schools. Kayla’s work is currently being represented by Mark Christopher Gallery in Toronto.
